Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using PahiWati, including trying a free look, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use PahiWati. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for that business.

2. Who can use PahiWati

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You need a working email address (or phone number) to log in, and you're responsible for activity on your account. Keep access to it safe.
• You can't use PahiWati if the law or a previous suspension by us prevents it.

3. Your photos and permission

• Only add photos of yourself, or of another adult who has clearly given you permission to turn their photo into Pahis.
• Never add photos of anyone under 18, even your own children.
• You must have the rights to every photo you add.
• You let us and our service providers use your photos only to draw your looks and Pahis, as described in the Privacy Policy. We don't save your photos.

4. Your Pahis and what you can do with them

• Yours to use. As between you and us, you own the looks and Pahis you make, to the extent the law allows. You can use them for personal messages, social posts and other lawful purposes.
• Our permission to run the service. You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, resize and display your Pahis only to provide PahiWati to you, such as saving your packs, preparing downloads and showing My page while it's on. This license ends when you delete the Pahi or your account, except for copies we're required to keep by law.
• No guarantees about rights. AI-made images may not be protected by copyright in some countries, and similar images may be made for other people. We don't promise that your Pahis are unique or that you can register them.
• Our stuff. The PahiWati name, logo, website, styles, example art and software belong to us or our licensors. These terms don't give you rights to them beyond using the app.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't use PahiWati to:

• Make Pahis of someone without their permission, or impersonate or mislead people about who someone is.
• Make sexual, nude or sexually suggestive images of anyone, or any image involving a child.
• Harass, bully, threaten, shame or target anyone, or promote hate or violence.
• Make content that is illegal, defamatory or infringes someone else's rights, including trademarks and copyrighted characters.
• Make fake endorsements or pass off Pahis as real photos of an event.
• Get around limits, free looks, watermarks or payments, including by using multiple accounts, scripts or bots, or by scraping, copying or reverse engineering the service.
• Break the law, harm the service or other users, or break the rules of Google's AI services that power PahiWati.

We may block drawings, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Pahis, packs and payments

• One-time packs. Packs are one-time purchases of Pahi credits: Standard pack (12 Pahis, 3 free redraws) and Big pack (24 Pahis, 8 free redraws). There is no subscription and nothing renews.
• How credits work. Each new Pahi uses one credit. Each pack includes free redraws, and after those, a redraw uses one credit. Each Pahi can be redrawn up to 5 times. Drawings that fail don't use credits or free redraws.
• Credits. Unused credits carry over and don't expire while PahiWati is running. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and are tied to the account that bought them.
• Free features. Free looks, free redraws and daily limits are offered as they are and may change. We may limit how much any account draws per day to keep the service fair and running.
• Checkout. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which sells the packs to you as merchant of record, collects applicable taxes and issues receipts. Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
• Prices. Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future purchases. A change never affects packs you already bought.
• Refunds. See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits refund rights you have under consumer law where you live.
• If we shut down. We'll give at least 30 days' notice and refund unused credits from packs bought in the 12 months before we announce it.

7. My page and sharing

My page is off until you turn it on. While it's on, anyone with the link can see your nickname and small watermarked previews of the Pahis you star, and they may share that link further. You're responsible for what you choose to share, and you can turn the page off or get a new link at any time. Pages are not listed or searchable in PahiWati.

8. Other apps and services

PahiWati helps you add Pahis to apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, iMessage, Slack, Discord and Facebook, and may suggest free third-party sticker apps. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by those companies, their names are trademarks of their owners, and their own terms apply when you use them. We aren't responsible for how those apps work, change or handle your stickers.

9. AI results and changes to the service

• Looks and Pahis are made by AI. Results can be inaccurate, unexpected or not look enough like you, and safety filters may block some requests. Images include an invisible watermark from Google that marks them as AI-made.
• Check your Pahis before sharing them. You decide whether to use them.
• We may add, change or remove features, styles, reactions and limits, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. If a change takes away something you paid for, we'll make it right as described in the Refund Policy.

10. Reports, removals and copyright

• If you see a PahiWati page or Pahi that uses your face without permission, is sexual or intimate, or breaks these terms, report it through our Contact page. Valid requests to remove intimate images shared without consent are handled within 48 hours, as US law requires.
• If you believe content on PahiWati infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@wpg.agency with your contact details, the work, where the content appears, a statement of good faith belief, a statement that your notice is accurate and that you're authorized to act, and your signature. We may remove the content and suspend repeat infringers.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using PahiWati at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or that we must close by law. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to download your Pahis. If we close your account without you breaking these terms, we'll refund unused credits. Sections 4 and 10 to 17 continue after your use ends.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, PahiWati is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always be available, error free, or that AI results will meet your expectations, and we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some places don't allow these disclaimers, so they may not apply to you.

13. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about PahiWati is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50. These limits don't apply to liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud, gross negligence or, where it applies, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Responsibility for misuse

If you break these terms or someone else's rights, for example by using another person's photo without permission, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and claims that result for us, to the extent the law allows. This doesn't apply if you're a consumer in a place where the law doesn't allow it.

15. Governing law and disputes

• Please contact us first at support@wpg.agency. Most problems can be solved quickly, and we'll try in good faith for 30 days before either of us goes further.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Claims will be heard in the state or federal courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except that either of us may bring a claim in small claims court where it qualifies.
• If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with mandatory consumer protections, you keep those protections and may bring claims in your local courts.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For important changes, we'll give notice in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect, unless the change is needed sooner for legal or safety reasons. If you keep using PahiWati after changes take effect, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, you can stop using it and ask us to delete your account.

17. General

These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between us about PahiWati. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce something right away, we haven't given up the right to. You can't transfer these terms without our consent, and we may transfer them to a company that takes over PahiWati.
