Refund Policy

We want you to love your Pahis. This policy explains when you can get your money back for a pack. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which sends refunds to your original payment method.
The short version
- Haven't used any Pahis from a pack? Get a full refund within 14 days.
- Drawings that fail never use a Pahi, so there's nothing to refund.
- Charged by mistake, charged twice, or your Pahis didn't show up? We'll fix it or refund you.
- Used Pahis aren't refundable, but packs include free redraws to get them right.

1. What you're buying
Packs are one-time purchases of Pahi credits: Standard pack ($2.99, 12 Pahis and 3 free redraws) and Big pack ($4.99, 24 Pahis and 8 free redraws). There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. Credits are added to your account as soon as payment goes through and are used when a Pahi is drawn successfully.
2. Unused packs
If you haven't used any credits or free redraws from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it. No reason needed.
If you bought more than one pack, credits are used from your balance as a whole, so we count a pack as unused only if your balance is still at least as high as what that pack added.
3. Used packs and problems
Once credits from a pack have been used to draw Pahis, that pack isn't refundable, because the Pahis have been made for you. We will always make it right if:
- You were charged but the credits didn't reach your account within 24 hours.
- You were charged twice or bought the wrong pack by mistake and haven't used it.
- A technical problem on our side used credits without giving you working Pahis.
- We remove a feature you paid for, or close your account without you breaking our Terms.
Depending on the problem, we'll restore your credits or refund you. If we shut down PahiWati, we'll refund unused credits as described in our Terms.
4. Not happy with a Pahi?
Before asking for a refund, try these, since they're usually faster:
- Tap the pencil on a Pahi to redraw it with changes like "Bigger expression" or "Look more like me". Packs include free redraws.
- Use Undo to go back to the version you liked better.
- Try a different style, or add more photos from other angles for a closer likeness.
If the results still aren't right, email us. We may add credits at our discretion.
5. EU and UK customers
Pahis are digital content made and delivered right away. When you use credits to draw Pahis, you ask us to start immediately and agree that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for the Pahis already made. Unused packs stay refundable within 14 days as described above. This doesn't affect your legal rights if something you bought is faulty or not as described.
6. How to ask for a refund
- Email support@wpg.agency from the email address on your PahiWati account.
- Include your order number. It's in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or you can look it up at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders.
- Tell us briefly what happened.
We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
7. After a refund
A refund removes that pack's credits and free redraws from your account. Pahis you already made from other packs stay in your account.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually solve it faster. If a chargeback is opened, we may pause purchases on that account while it's reviewed.
